Refund Policy

Because each rug is handmade with care and made to order, all sales are final! We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or there is a mistake on our end.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at nostalgiarugs1@gmail.com with photos and a description of the issue. We'll gladly work with you to resolve it - either by offering a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.
